A maximum of 6 guests permitted. Should you wish to invite a small number of day time visitors please check first with Avalon's manager, Alison.
We are happy to accommodate guests over the age of 12.
Outdoor smoking only.
All bookings include breakfast provisions.
Any cancellations given outside 72 hours from time of check in will attract a $100.00 administrative fee. As we would prefer you to stay with us, should you wish to postpone instead of cancel your stay, we will permit you to transfer your deposit booking to another time within 12 months and we will provide you a Gift Voucher for the balance after deduction of the administrative fee.
